Hassold provides email management and automation services through integration with Gmail via the Gmail API. The service allows you to:

• Read and search your email messages
• Send emails on your behalf
• Automate email-related tasks

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your authentication credentials
• Any actions performed through the application using your account
• Compliance with Gmail's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
• That the service will be error-free or secure
• Any specific results from using the service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account

Termination

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
